Langer Group is a Polish apparel printing company with decades of experience. Its employees didn't have a shared place to store information on orders and couldn't track progress. This resulted in mistakes and misinformation. They needed an easy software solution that everyone could understand, since not all team members were tech-savvy.

Client Challenge

Langer Group faced several challenges in their efforts to keep up with changing market environment:

  1. Information exchange: When clients spoke with many team members about their order, important information got lost, which resulted in poor customer satisfaction.
  2. Lack of insights: The company didn't have any way to track and visualise data. This lack of visibility made it impossible to adjust business strategy to the changing market.
  3. Non-tech savvy teams: Employees used to fill-in document templates by hand and print them out to communicate across departments. Because of this, their software had to be easy, clear, and intuitive.

To speed up delivery of new designs and mockups for customers, we trained the staff in using AI tools, such as Adobe Firefly, InDesign, and mockup generators.

We designed a custom CRM based on employees' document templates to synchronise information, track progress, and harvest valuable business insights.
